Seal Coating
Seal Coating is a liquid that is applied to asphalt to protect it from oxidation and damage caused by winter cracking, traffic and UV rays. The sealcoat will act as a barrier protecting the surface. This will protect your asphalt investment from erosion, oxidation, harmful gas and oil spills.
- Sealing restores the original black color to asphalt
- Enhances the appearance of the property
- Smooth surface of sealed pavement provides lower maintenance
- Protection against oxidation, weather and traffic

Asphalt emulsion is made from mixing three basic ingredients, asphalt, water, and small amount of an emulsifying agent. The result is a liquid that can be used in cold processes for road construction and maintenance. Asphalt emulsions offer great flexibility and are environmentally friendly.
Polymer Modified MasterSeal (PMM) is a high performance mineral reinforced asphalt emulsion blended pavement sealer. PMM is a blend of a unique polymer and special surfactants. PMM is manufactured to provide superior adhesion, flexibility, and durability.
Hot Oil Chip Sealing saves the life of your asphalt with an extremely durable layer of hot oil combined with loose rock/chips. A Chip seal gives you a tough new wear surface that also enhances skid resistance.
If cracks in asphalt pavements are not sealed, surface water can reduce the strength of base and sub-base layers which can result in cracks and deterioration of the asphalt surface. Crack sealing will extend pavement life and is cost effective by slowing asphalt deterioration. Aggregate base material is installed to the depth required and compacted.
